# Admin Note on Review Feature

## Overview
Fitur yang memungkinkan admin untuk menambahkan catatan ketika menandai laporan kendala mahasiswa sebagai "Reviewed". Catatan ini akan terlihat oleh mahasiswa dan membantu mereka memahami tindak lanjut yang perlu dilakukan.

## Features Implemented

### 1. Modal Input for Note
**Files Modified:**
- `resources/views/admin/applicationReports/index.blade.php`
- `resources/views/admin/applicationReports/show.blade.php`

#### Modal Features:
- ✅ **Dynamic Form**: Form action URL berubah sesuai report yang dipilih
- ✅ **Pre-filled Note**: Jika sudah ada catatan sebelumnya, akan ditampilkan
- ✅ **Optional Input**: Catatan bersifat opsional (tidak wajib)
- ✅ **Help Text**: Penjelasan bahwa catatan akan terlihat oleh mahasiswa
- ✅ **Mahasiswa Name**: Modal title menampilkan nama mahasiswa (di index page)

#### Updated Method: `markAsReviewed()`

**Data Attributes:**
- `data-id`: Report ID untuk form action
- `data-mahasiswa`: Nama mahasiswa untuk modal title
- `data-note`: Catatan yang sudah ada (jika ada)

## User Flow

### Admin Flow (Adding Note):

4. Modal title menampilkan nama mahasiswa (di index)

5. Jika sudah ada note sebelumnya, ditampilkan di textarea

6. Admin menambahkan/mengubah catatan (opsional)

7. Klik "Mark as Reviewed" di modal

8. Form submit → Status = Reviewed, Note tersimpan

**Mahasiswa View:**
- Knows report is closed
- No further action needed
- Can submit new report if needed

## Best Practices for Admin

### Writing Effective Notes:

**DO:**
- ✅ Be specific and clear
- ✅ Provide actionable steps
- ✅ Include timeline if applicable
- ✅ Reference specific issues
- ✅ Be professional and supportive

**DON'T:**
- ❌ Leave note empty if action is needed
- ❌ Use technical jargon without explanation
- ❌ Be vague ("will be handled")
- ❌ Include personal information
- ❌ Be dismissive or rude
